One of our knowledgeable technicians can guide you through setting up your account in the control panel and helping set up that first computer at NO CHARGE. This service is offered from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (except US holidays) or by appointment. Our technician can initiate a remote control session where we can see your screen and guide you through the process. With your permission, we can even take control.
Other people just simply want it done for them… In these cases we charge $15 per computer (after the first one) to do the setup.
Prerequisites
Your computer must be running Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 2 or Microsoft Vista. You must also have either Microsoft Outlook 2003 or 2007 installed. A license for Outlook is included with each mailbox and may be downloaded through the control panel.
What’s Included
Our process includes setting up your mailbox through the control panel, creating your new Outlook profile and even exporting / importing data from a previous Outlook profile into your new profile. We will also let you know what is necessary on your end to get your account up and running (e.g., changing your MX records). Within a few minutes you'll be enjoying the benefits of A Better Outlook.
