What is included in your base Hosted Exchange package?

I have a lot invested in my current email address -- can I
keep my current email address if I switch to your service?

Yes, if you have your own domain name, you simply follow
our instructions to point your current incoming email to our
secure Exchange Servers. If you use a service where you do
not own your own domain, we can work with that too. There is
additional setup required to make this work correctly.

I don’t have my own registered domain name – can you help me
obtain one?

I notice that your Exchange hosting service plans are
packaged in 1, 3, 10, 25, 50, 75 and 100 bundles – can I
purchase a plan for a specific number of mailboxes other
than these pre-set levels?

We have several vintage computer workstations that are still
running operating systems prior to Microsoft XP – will they
be supported in your Hosted Exchange environment?

Email records are an important part of my business – I can’t
afford to lose any data and I’m a bit nervous about storing
these records off-site.  How secure is your data center?

Can I transfer my contacts and calendar information from my
existing email service to your Exchange service?

I’m not happy with the SPAM filtering at my current email
service -- does your email process have better anti-SPAM
capabilities?

Do I need an in-house technical person to set up, maintain,
and coordinate my email when we enroll with A Better Outlook
(SM)? 

How do we pay for your service?

Can I use my mobile phone, tablet, or PDA to access my
Exchange  
mailbox?

Is there a limit on how big an email message I can receive?

We don’t use Microsoft Outlook as our current email software
– how do we get our free copies of MS Outlook, and do we
need to apply for licenses?

After I enroll and obtain my copies of Microsoft Outlook,
how do I configure Outlook on each computer?

I have created personal folders on my current POP3 email
account with my Internet Service Provider – can I import my
folders into your Exchange email environment?

Is there a minimum time period that I must remain a client
after I sign up?

Can I have multiple domains or email addresses (aliases)?

What is this "Pooled Storage"?

Is it easy to change the size of the email storage?

Can I access my email from anywhere?

What is the Control Panel?

I am required to archive all email communications. Can you
provide that service?
